Dr. Blair is a native of Columbus. He graduated from Ohio University and the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. 

His fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology was done at the Wayne State School of Medicine (Detroit). 

Since completing his training in 1992, he has been in practice at Riverside Methodist Hospitals. He joined this group in 1995. He is board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
